These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and yeswin ("yeswin," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID
• Your date of birth (you must be 21 or older)
• A valid and active email address
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• Your current residential address in the Philippines

yeswin may require you to submit identity verification documents at any point — including but not limited to a valid Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID — as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restriction of deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

yeswin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya typically reflect in your yeswin wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction in the yeswin cashier.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. yeswin processes approved withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. • Bets placed in error (e.g., on a market that has already been suspended or settled) will be voided and stakes returned.

• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the yeswin platform in a manner not sanctioned by yeswin.

Nothing in these Terms limits yeswin's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. For matters relating to regulatory compliance, yeswin operates within the oversight of PAGCOR and is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures where applicable.
